Terms of Service
1. Terms
By accessing the website at https://www.conduktor.io/ or using the software “Conduktor”, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and the software “Conduktor”. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to download the software “Conduktor” on Our website for personal, non-commercial, and commercial usage. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- sell the software to other parties (commercial or non-commercial purpose);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
- A license is personal, linked to an email account and to a machine. The credentials of an account must not be shared with a group of users. That would violate the “personal” license term.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Conduktor, Inc. at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
- The license shall be valid for a term of one (1) year from the purchase date of Conduktor. The license will automatically renew annually at the end of each term. If you do not desire to have your license automatically renewed, then you must inform Conduktor, Inc. of your intent to cancel your License at least fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the current term by sending a request to support@conduktor.io.
- Use of Conduktor and related services is subject to the terms of the Conduktor End-User License Agreement https://www.conduktor.io/eula/.
